Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For larger items requiring white-glove delivery, please allow up to 3 weeks for scheduling and transit.
Do you offer assembly services for large items?
Yes, we offer premium in-home assembly for an additional fee. You can select the 'White Glove Delivery' option at checkout to have your items professionally assembled and the packaging removed.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture pieces are final sale.
Are the materials used in your products sustainably sourced?
