At iDesign, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that all furniture and decor items are returned in their original packaging and in unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your iDesign account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
